Payment Policy

Payment for player dues is due, in full, at the start of the team's first organized practice. Payments made after the Friday following the first organized practice will be charged an additional $25 late fee.


If there are extenuating circumstances, a grievance may be filed and circumstances will be reviewed by the Sandpoint Lacrosse Board. Please refer to the Grievances and Complaints Policy.


Refunds

Refunds for player registration fees are as follows:

  • Before the first Friday following the first day of organized practice:

  • Full Refund, minus $30 admin fee.

After the first Friday following the first organized practice:

  • non-medical = 50% of registration fee

  • medical = full refund, minus $30 admin fee

After two weeks of organized play:

  • non-medical = no refund

  • medical - amount decided by the Sandpoint Lacrosse Club board

All requests for refunds must be made in writing and sent to the Sandpoint Lacrosse Club President.
