Equipment Policy

Every player is responsible to provide their own lacrosse equipment and to have it in good working and maintained and play-legal condition at every practice and game.


Required Equipment:

  • Helmet (must be white, but may have some black and red striping/decals)

  • Mouth Guard

  • Shoulder Pads

  • Arm Pads

  • Gloves

  • Cleats while playing on grass

  • Athletic Shoes while playing on pavement

  • Legal Lacrosse Shaft and Head

  • A backup stick is strongly recommended

  • Athletic supporter and cup are mandatory for U11, U13, and U15, and very strongly recommended for High School Athletes.

  • All players, at all levels are all required to have both long and short sleeves as well as shorts and long pants for every practice.

  • Long pants are required for ALL practices on pavement. No exceptions.

  • Temperature will determine long or short sleeves and shorts or pants when practicing on grass. Determination will be made at practice, and not before.
